Leftover Makeover

Tonight's last minute potluck made good use of leftovers from this week from Waterzooi and last night's post of Bryant & Cooper Steak House.

Waterzooi's mussel lunch combined with the extra sauce from Bryant & Cooper's cajun steak plus some shrimp, angel hair and linguine (there wasn't enough of one or the other) and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese equals the image below:
The final dinner spread (minus a few dumplings...I was hungry!!!)
Someone couldn't wait to get started on all the food...
